Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail for UK orders. We attempt to get your package to you within 3 to 5 working days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders outside of the UK will be despatched as soon as possible

Django the Worry Dog is handmade and designed as a comfort companion. The dog is not recommended for children under 5 years old. Please supervise younger children appropriately.
If, in the unusual situation, your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange an exchange or refund. We are a small business, so we will try to get your replacement item to you as soon as we can.
